Our desire is to create a warm, Christ-centered environment where people of all ages can worship, connect, grow and experience the love of God. We hope the information below helps you feel comfortable and prepared for your first visit.
Entrances
First Presbyterian Church is located at 2300 S West Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57105. The main entrance of the building is located on the south side of the church (Door A), with a secondary entrance on the north side (Door D). Each of these entrances are ADA compliant and easily accessible. If entering on the north side, there is an elevator present to reach the upper level where the Sanctuary is located.
Sundays
When entering the south door, you will be welcomed by our greeters and directed towards our sanctuary. Services are held each Sunday at 9:30 am, with coffee and fellowship to follow. During the school year, children, youth, and adult education opportunities are available after worship each Sunday from 10:40 to 11:30 am.
We enjoy children in worship and encourage the entire family to attend. There are opportunities for children to participate in the service each week. Activity bags for younger children are available in the back of the sanctuary. Childcare is also provided during worship for parents who prefer that option.
