Maggie Tilk grew up in Sioux Falls and attended FPC, where she was active in the youth group and youth bells. She lived in Nebraska for several years, where she met and married her husband. While pregnant with their second daughter, the family moved back to Sioux Falls and started attending FPC again. Since returning, Maggie has been on the Children’s Ministry Team and helps with Sunday School and other activities. Her youngest daughter participated in Kingdom Kids, so in the fall of 2020, when an assistant teacher was needed, she quickly offered to help. The following year, she took on the position of lead teacher and director. She has loved working with one- and 2-year-olds and their families. Her favorite activities in class are usually the crafts or the sensory table.
