Rev. Marcus Brooks serves as the Bridge Pastor at First Presbyterian Church. A Sioux Falls native, Marcus is passionate about helping people grow in their faith, build meaningful relationships, and discover how God is at work in their lives. He is a U.S. Air Force veteran who served as a chaplain, an experience that continues to shape his heart for pastoral care, leadership, and service.

Marcus loves walking alongside people through life’s joys and challenges and helping them discover their place in God’s story. He and his wife, both proud South Dakotans, enjoy raising their family and creating new adventures together. In his free time, Marcus enjoys reading, fitness, boxing, and making memories with his wife and children.
