Join us for our RESTORATIVE HOUR class!

Whether you want to relieve stress, ease anxiety, improve sleep, boost confidence, or simply feel a bit more calm and peaceful, this class is for you! 

Untangle your mind, learn to focus on your breathing, enjoy gentle flow and motion, learn to be in the moment, and just BE.

Our RESTORATIVE HOUR works mind, body, soul, and spirit through some beginner meditation, gentle restorative yoga, tai-chi, and other great gentle flow movement. We follow along with DVDs and other media sources from renowned instructors.

This class is perfect for complete beginners but is also rewarding for people of all experience levels. 

Bring your yoga mat and water bottle!
